"Sophisticated and charming is not an easy combination to achieve. My husband and I just spent 2 weeks at this amazing property as a base for exploring Galicia. Every attention to detail was taken care of in this well thought out home. We were met by Jose who went over everything in the house for us. "A very old stone building very nicely renovated and modernized. Our room had small windows but the stone fireplace and old sink were gorgeous; the A/C worked great. We had the hotel breakfast one morning--it was fine, reasonable cost; but there are plenty of cafés nearby as well. Alda corp evidently runs several similar hotels in Santiago. "
