"Die räumliche Aufteilung der Wohnung ist wirklich gut. Die Ausstattung (Möbel, Küche) entsprach unseren Erwartungen und Ansprüchen. Positiv sei an dieser Stelle erwähnt, dass die mit einem Backofen ausgestattet ist. Aber einige Mängel in der Wohnung und auch der allgemeine Zusatz der Immobilie sind hinter unserer Erwartung geblieben. So fehlte z.B. im Schlafzimmer der Verschluss am Fenster; es war nur mit Klebeband notdürftig verschlossen worden. TV funktionierte nicht; erst am Montag konnte es...

"Die Lage ist sehr gut. Sauber , aber die Einrichtung/Ausstattung grenzwertig. Mitarbeiter ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Aussenanlage gepflegt. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei. Daher war die Größe von Wohnung und Terrasse ideal. Küche, Bad und Terrassen möbel sollten unbedingt renoviert werden. Ausblick und Lage haben uns etwas entschädigt. Wir haben uns arrangiert und diesen Urlaub genossen"

"Sehr gute Lage der Wohnung in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, Bäcker gleich gegenüber. Zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten bis zur Strandpromenade. In der Wohnung schönes Parkett und gut erhaltene alte Möbelstücke. Leider liess die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Auf dem Balkon war ein kleiner Tisch und ein völlig defekter Stuhl, so daß der Balkon nicht nutzbar war. Die Jalousien im Wohnzimmer waren völlig defekt, der Gurt hing 2 m aus der Wand heraus. Die beiden Sofas waren versifft...

"Die Ferienwohnung ist hervorragend! Super Lage mitten in Desenzano. Von der Haustür aus überquert man die Straße und ist direkt am Gardasee. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr modern eingerichtet und komplett renoviert. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und können dieses Appartement nur weiterempfehlen!"

"The apartment was perfectly situated right on the lake which enabled us to access the lake and pool with equal ease. The facilities of Desenzano were within walking distance which was ideal. The apartment itself could do with a bit of a refurbishment - for instance the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms did not work, and the air conditioning in the main room continually dripped quite a large volume of water onto the floor. To have a balcony overlooking Lake Garda was pretty special though...

"This studio (no separate bedroom) apartment is as nice-looking as the photos, is generally well-equipped with everything in good working order. As for location: great for tourism, bad for supermarket access, and the pedestrianized area below the front windows is quite noisy at night. There were some problems worth noting. Most seriously, in the bathroom first aid box there was a bloodied mess of used items as well as a pool of dried blood in the bottom of the box. Other evidence of faulty...

"Everything was wonderful. Location ideal in the old town, with short distance to the beach. Unfortunately it was very hot and the air conditioning was broken. Basically, the communication with the agency worked well and they also tried very hard to repair the air conditioning. Unfortunately, however, without success, so we had to leave with the memory of a very warm flat. Overall, however, this did not detract from the positive assessment and experience."
