"The apartment was very clean and well equipped for cooking. There is a corner shop and two restaurants directly opposite which made staying there so much easier as we didn’t have a car with us. "We booked the apartment for 10 days and we really enjoyed the stay. Located walking distance to pretty much anything you wanted, restaurants, bakery, coffee ice cream shops, supermarket. Parking was not an issue, there was parking spots on the street and a designated garage inside. Apartment was great, clean, well equipped kitchen, two big balconies to sit and enjoy the views. Mateo was a great host and very knowledgeable of things to do in the area. Very pleased and highly recommended!! "

However, arriving after dark at 8 PM and retrieving the keys from a lockbox at the management office, we faced six buildings with four apartments each and no clue which is the rental. Called the emergency office number and the clerk had no idea which it is. Eventually I went through the first two buildings and found the manager logo on an upper floor door. This unpleasant beginning set the tone for the review."

"We loved our two nights in Sirmione and clean, quiet, and comfortable stay. We walked to the castle the first evening and then swam on the west side while watching the sunset. The second day we swam on the east side and then the west side. Both were less than a 15 min walk from the place. The unit fit our family of 5 well and our son thought the pullout couch in the living room was comfortable. Just wish I would have figured how to close the outside window blinds to shield the light."
