The towels are pretty old, and the beds were not fully made when we arrived (bottom sheet only) PR lost power for a day while we were there and there is no generator. "This villa is fabulous. You share the private beach with the other villa renters and one neighbor. There might have been 15 minute overlap. You share the pool with the other villa renters. There was about a one hour overlap. So essentially you enjoy an incredible amount of privacy. The house has everything you need inclusing floats and sand toys. I have recommended it to everyone I know. The manager was so sweet. There is a playground about a 15 minute walk away. "

"Casa Loba is new and beautiful, with a modern interior design. My husband and I, and our 4 adult children had a wonderful time! We especially loved the upper deck and the outside sitting area by the kitchen. The kitchen is well appointed. We cooked dinner there one night, and used the grill on the upper deck. "An amazingggg home with spectacular views and pool! ....it's high up in the mountains so a bit of a challenge finding it..but when you do...you'll love it without a doubt and ultimately...that it IS where it is. "

Some recommendations for the manager, when renting a 5 bedroom house you have to assume there is a lot of people staying so more then 1 towel per person would be needed for a week long stay. A Greek coffee maker is not sufficient and we went out and purchased one on the first day, asked the manager about it and low and behold in the storage of the house they had a 12 cup coffee maker. Our main complaint was lack of storage or drawers for us. O y one...

"Had a wonderful time, felt like we were at a true home away from home. The place was absolutely perfect. The ocean beach view is beautiful and this place was peaceful, clean and spacious. Met the owner on our last day. Wonderful kind person. You will absolutely love staying here. Top Notch!!!!!"

"The Beach Pad was perfect for me and my son who loves to surf. The suite was immaculate, chic decor, cozy bed and very spacious. Check in was a breeze with dedicated parking. Beach is down the block and centrally located to many restaurants and activities in the area including the supermarket and laundry mat. Having beach gear was handy including an umbrella and cooler! The private patio was great for breakfast and made the space bigger including the roof deck on the one day it rained to cool us...

"Location location location. Near the beach eateries and bars. Nice small cozy room on the third floor with a look out balcony, shower mini fridge and tv.. They have a nice A/C unit as well and there is cool terrace on the 4th floor. This location has its on generator in case your concerned about a black out. Stairs only no elevator.. we will stay here again.. "
