"Everything was great, the rooftop viewing area is being worked on which didn't diminish the beautiful view of the beach. Aguada was perfect for me, restaurants near by, a short drive to Rincón, Crash Boat Beach and my favorite, local bars and nice people. Milly, the cleaning person is the absolute best! She called to make sure I know about the tsunami warning we had, she actually cared though not part of her job I'm sure. I would definitely come back."

"Overall, this was a fantastic steal of a deal for our family of five! You cannot get a better view and feel than this - the condo directly faces the ocean, so you see and hear and feel it all: the sunsets, the waves, the breeze. There is a very nice little beach (a hidden gem!) a very short walk away - we loved spending evenings there. As for the condo itself, it can definitely use some upgrades. One thing we wish the condo offered freely is a washer/dryer since beach trips require daily...

"This beautiful condo is set off on a hill away from the hustle and bustle of the busy island. You'll have no problem enjoying your stay here. There is a pool onsite, and all of the amenities you could want for a short or long stay. Stunning views of the sunset over the sea. A definite recommendation to stay if you have the chance.. "

"The townhome was nice and clean. The beach access was very close. If I had one recommendation, I would suggest assessing the kitchen ware. The kitchen was lacking in glasses. There were no towels to handle hot pots. But the unit is nice and clean."

"So the good! Great location, close to everything, super easy check in and parking. Spacious. Cold AC. Some beach chairs. The bad. Bathrooms, specifically the showers were very dirty. The dryer is broken (doesn’t tumble) so all of our clothes smell like mildew. The kitchen sink is about to come off of the wall. Some beach towels would be a nice touch. Overall positive but this unit definitely needs some TLC and there is a bit of false advertising calling it “beach front”. It’s beach access....

"We loved our stay in this well equipped condo. It was as described on VRBO. The owner is very responsive. Great location near public beach. Perfect location for quick walk to Rincon Plaza and short drive to several other beaches. Great outdoor restaurant and bar just a 3 minute walk from condo. The building and parking were safe and secure. Loved the washer and dryer in the unit. Would definitely stay again."

"Staying at Villa Bella was the best choice of our trip. A 5 min walk to Maria's surfing break with several other breaks very close by. Rentals available right at the water for reasonable rates. The surfing is great for beginners when the report says 2-3', great for intermediates at 3-5' and above that, great for those who really know what they're doing. The space is the first floor apartment of an incredible property. The apartment opens up onto a stone veranda that looks over the surfing...

"The property was as advertised. Clean and spacious. Views from the balcony were stunning at sunset (and wonderful at sunrise). Property managers were friendly and responded quickly to any and all communications.The two twin beds pushed together to form a larger bed is not ideal but it also did not detract from the overall experience.The pool was clean and comfortable. Beach access was easy and the beach was clean. If you don't want to drive for your meals there are a couple of restaurants...

"This was our home for a wonderful 2 weeks on the west side of Puerto Rico. The host was great communicating with us, as was the local contact who checked in with us via text. Although we didn’t have any questions or needs, we felt assured if we did need anything we had a contact. The property was clean, comfortable, well stocked and had everything we needed. They had beach chairs, an umbrella, snorkeling equipment and even a cooler for things we picked up at the many local farm markets. The...

Stu, the property manager, was attentive and great to communicate with although we had nothing that needed his assistance! Going back next year. Was our best Puerto Rico trip so far!"
