The common spaces in the apartment were great (especially the rooftop deck) and we had pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen. There are 2 markets less than 15 minutes away. "Overall, this was a fantastic steal of a deal for our family of five! You cannot get a better view and feel than this - the condo directly faces the ocean, so you see and hear and feel it all: the sunsets, the waves, the breeze. There is a very nice little beach (a hidden gem!) a very short walk away - we loved spending evenings there. As for the condo itself, it can definitely use some upgrades. "So the good! Great location, close to everything, super easy check in and parking. Spacious. Cold AC. Some beach chairs. The bad. Bathrooms, specifically the showers were very dirty. The dryer is broken (doesn’t tumble) so all of our clothes smell like mildew. The kitchen sink is about to come off of the wall. Some beach towels would be a nice touch. Overall positive but this unit definitely needs some TLC and there is a bit of false advertising calling it “beach front”. It’s beach access....
