"We (5 surfers) rented the property the first week of Feb 2023 and were extremely disappointed with the condition. Mainly, there was mold throughout the house with the lower level bedroom blinds covered in it. As such, no one felt comfortable staying in those rooms to the point where we had two people sleeping on the floor on the second floor living room (which also has mold on the blinds). In addition, the bedroom/bathroom that is accessible through its own door smelled awful. We considered this...

"This was our third time staying at Casa Del Mar with host Brian. We plan to continue coming back as we feel this has become like a home away from from home. The view is spectacular and being able to walk right onto the beach is amazing. Brian is very knowledgeable about the area and is readily available for any questions. Highly recommend! "

"The accommodations are fine and as advertised, but as others have noted, there are barking dogs all around. Also, the stairs to the beach are in disrepair, so a bit dangerous. Also, not all plugs are working. But as I said, the view is terrific!"

Stu, the property manager, was attentive and great to communicate with although we had nothing that needed his assistance! Going back next year. Was our best Puerto Rico trip so far!"
