"Very nice property. Staff / management should consider flexibility in the 4pm policy. We arrived just after 3 with the hotel almost vacant and was told it would be a $100 charge to check in at that time. Not a position that communicates customer service"

With the pool down the hotel immediately offered us access to the Seabrook inn pool minutes away. which they also own. "It’s an older hotel. I had a problem with the cigarette smoke. I was upstairs and people wouldn come right outside their door and smoke. The smoke would then travel up toward my room and make my room smell. I have asthma so this wasn’t good. Maybe get a designated smoking area would help"
