This contained a very comfortable double bed, a hanging rail, bedside cabinets, TV, tea, coffee, kettle and hairdryer. "Enjoyed a lovely, romantic mini break here. Very clean room (no.4 in the garden) great shower pressure, working tv, tea, coffee, hair dryer, iron, easy check-in. Excellent full english cooked breakfast and fruit cereal etc. Although its a pub inn its a very peaceful room because the pub is more of a gastro pub and everyone went home by 10pm so we had an extremely good night sleep. Recommended!"

"When we arrived at the Griffin, to our surprise, our reservation was canceled. Apparently, the Griffin had a water leak and were in the process of repairing the damage. They said that an email was sent to us canceling our reservations 2 days prior. We were on a cruise at the time and did not get this email because we had no service while on the cruise.
