"Quite and close to everything home."

"My family loved this house!! All of the technology & extras made this more than just a place to stay. My husband, mother-in-law & myself loved the peaceful environment in the backyard, while my boys (ages 16 & 20) loved the pool & hot-tub. The host was quick to answer when we needed them. "

"Everything was great, spacious clean condo. We only stayed one night on the way to the airport. The only complains are that there was no coffee or tea. There was a coffee machine, but the only thing we found was Folgers instant coffee that we decided to avoid."

"We had this vacation planned out for several weeks. We where celebrating my brothers Sobriety of ONE full year. We pulled our 26 foot boat and bikes down there knowing there was 2 acres and bike trails leading to blue springs. We where 30 mins out and the host (Angela) canceled our stay leaving 8 of us with out a place to stay. The only option was a hotel..... it ruined or vacation plans, and caused unnecessary stress. There reasoning for canceling was Due to "house rules" that they have to rent...

"We had a great stay. The house was just the right size for our 3 day stay. Too bad it was raining and we were not able to enjoy our coffee in the backyard. Our host was very quick to respond to our questions. The beds were very comfortable, the main bathroom was upgraded. The couch was super soft and swallowed you up. The house is not a new build and maintains its old Florida charm."

"The Zen Beach Retreat was a lovely place to stay during our recent visit to New Smyrna Beach. The hosts were very communicative and check in and out was smooth. The location is right on the beach and a short drive from Flagler. The condo was well appointed, clean, very comfortable, and nicely decorated. "Great property right on the water for larger groups. The open concept first floor is amazing - guests can hang out together or break up into smaller groups as desired. The game room was very popular as well. Conveniently located, the property is five minutes from grocery stores, pharmacies, etc..
