"Property and room were clean, check in was easy, was given an upgrade to a lovely room that was quiet. Wifi was not as strong as I needed for work, but that may have something to do with me being on the 3rd floor. I'm not sure. Staff was friendly and kind. What I didn't know was that if I wanted my room cleaned, I needed to request it the night before. So when I left for the day in the morning, I tried to request my room to be cleaned. The young guy behind the counter told me I needed to do that the night before, but he would see if it can get done that day. It wasn't a big deal to me, but knowing that information beforehand would have been nice. I did come back that evening to a clean room, so I was thankful."

"I have been staying at this Best Western for over 15 years for business travel. It's super close to I95. The extra room and outside access to a balcony is awesome when you have to be away from home. The staff, including housekeeping staff are welcoming."
