SUNROOM- Your ideal South Florida sunroom! Direct access to the pool deck. Includes 1 sofa and 2 seating chairs with a large flat-screen TV! Overlooking the pool and yard to relax and get some sun while still enjoying the A/C. This room is perfect for hanging with family and friends or watching your kids enjoy the pool and yard!

KITCHEN- This kitchen includes a granite top bar island with stools, a second granite top bar with stools, a large beautiful dinner table and chairs, all new stainless steel appliances which include the following: Dishwasher, fridge & freezer, microwave, oven, and stove top. This kitchen offers all cooking necessities such as silverware, dishes, pots and pans, glass cups, wine glasses & champagne glasses. Also includes a toaster, Keurig coffee maker, tea maker, blender, Wine Cooler, barbecue utensils, all commonly used condiments, and all cooking basics! Also includes a Bar with storage and slap sink perfect for making drinks and hosting some friends and family to a fun time!

BEDROOM 2- 1 King bed, including night stand, 2 dressers, and closet to store all belongings. Attached is an updated shared walk in bathroom & shower. Enjoy views of the front tropical yard!

BEDROOM 3- 1 Queen Bed, including a large dresser, and night stand. Attached is a shared walk in bathroom & shower. Scenic Water and Pool view with direct access to backyard! Isolated room on opposite side of other rooms for privacy!

LAUNDRY ROOM- Includes a washer and dryer. Large common area for storage etc if needed. *We provide Iron & Board for your convenience!*

Pool Basketball hoop With balls! Also includes stationary chairs for extra seating! Outdoor lighting as well! Water Misters outdoors to cool off from the hot sun!

This property is beautiful and spacious. Held 5 adults with plenty of room. Pool and house were spotless. Only complaint is we didn’t find the pool toys and floats until our stay was over. Other than that we will definitely be making this our go to for our yearly trip.

We were very happy with this property. I can't stress enough how clean it was. We were looking to relax and did so out by the pool. If you are looking for shopping and restaurants, it is great for that, too. We would definately stay here again.

We had two family’s of 4 staying here. Plenty of room. Everything we needed to cook and eat when we didn’t go out. Pool and backyard was amazing and enjoyed by all. Close drive to restaurants and beach. No complaints from us!

Holiday Beach Getaway
Overall it was a great place. We had a great experience. The property was beautiful. Well appointed. The backyard was private, the pool was clean. Our only complaint is that the bed in the master bedroom needs to be fixed. Unless you’re in the very center, the mattress slants to the side and it’s very uncomfortable to sleep. Otherwise, we had an excellent stay and recommend this property for a beach getaway.

Excellent property! The management company was very responsive to questions and called to check in on us the day after our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was immaculate!! Very comfortable for our family of 5. The heated pool was wonderful and very clean as the pool tech came twice during the week. Close to shopping. A wonderful family vacation in a beautiful home!

It was Nice but it could of been cleaner!
It was nice despite the fact that our toilet kept running, and that there was dog hair and cat hair when we went to sit down and the TV in the main living room wasn’t working… There were no cleaning supplies to clean up anything as far as messes in the vacuum wasn’t working… But overall, it was a nice place to stay with a divided, floorplan, add-on.

The house was very nice with plenty of space. The location was great, just a short drive to the beach. We really enjoyed having our own heated pool and washer/dryer. Appliances seemed new and furniture was comfortable. A few things they could improve upon: wouldn't accommodate a 1 hour early check in, although mgmt responded quickly they werent super friendly, a hot tub was front and center in the pictures but didn't actually work, found out at check in that they charge you to use the grill, could have used a few more items in the kitchen but wasnt really a big deal, had tvs in pretty much every room which would have been great but they have never been set up so weren't really usable. Overall still had a great stay and enjoyed the property.

Great Stay in Deerfield Beach
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this nice, clean property. Quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores and anything else you would need. We spent countless hours outside on the patio enjoying the grill and the pool which was the best part of the rental. The beach (less than 10 minutes away by car) was really nice and the hosts had a beach umbrella, two beach chairs, and beach towels for us to use during our stay. Very nice kitchen, but you do need to purchase a lot of essentials for cooking. Hosts provided a pack-and-play and high chair for our 1-year-old son which worked great, but parents should be aware that you do need to keep a constant eye on small children with a step down between dining area and living area as well as glass coffee and side tables. Hosts responded promptly when we had questions and were pleasant to deal with. Would stay here again.

Location was a nice, quiet neighborhood with beautifully landscaped yards and close to all the stores & restaurants. Also, short drive to the beach. Weekly lawn & pool maintenance kept it looking great. Property management was amazing to deal with. They answered every time I called as I needed to add a day to my stay & requested an extra hour for check out. They were very pleasant. If I changed one small thing, it would be to trim the trees around the pool just a bit, so the sun could hit more of the pool area. But the pool & backyard were beautiful & great to lounge or eat outside. I’d recommend to friends & will definitely stay again.
