"Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The room was a decent size, comfortable and clean. The staff were superb, they organised transfers to and from the hotel and our trip to Auschwitz without any fuss and everyone arrived on time. Breakfast was good and the location is superb, right on the square. I would absolutely return to this hotel if we go back to Krakow and would recommend it to anyone. "

"Our stay at the Metropolitan Boutique Hotel was excellent, friendly helpful staff, large clean comfortable room, great shower (we booked a superior double). Great value for money, plus the location was perfect for us, right near the edge of Old Town, walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and the main train station (Glowny). Right next to the Grzegorzki station with direct access to the Wieliczka Salt Mine and the airport. The only minor complaint we have is instant coffee only in the room. We did not have the buffet breakfast. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here if back in Krakow in future."
