"I loved my stay at Ruby Emma. The amenities were fantastic. It was such good value for money given how large the room was and it being such a modern hotel. I loved being able to control the room via an iPad, the bed was comfy and having black out blinds meant I slept really well. The only downside is the location. Being outside the centre of Amsterdam, there are no trams nor are there any good restaurants directly nearby as it’s a residential area. However, the metro station is 5 minutes away...

"Good location a block from the tram to from Central Station. Room was large, comfortable and the canal view was amazing. Staff is friendly. Only downside is that the Wi-Fi sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have a hotspot so worked around connectivity issues. "

"I stayed in the shared room with pods, and for a dorm environment, it was awesome! They create a respectful, quiet, clean, and enjoyable space. The pods are comfy, the lockers are secure and were just large enough. The breakfast was awesome."

"Very happy with the room. Comfortable bed and all very clean. Only things in the bathroom are the shower fixing is broken so have to hold the shower head. Also the handrail is coming away from the wall. We have a very good stay thank you."

"I truly enjoyed my stay here. The staff was so friendly and created such a great and safe vibe. We loved coming back at night just to hangout in the lobby with board games. The hotel itself was very quiet. One note for certain guests is that there is a step down into the room and a step up to get into the shower. That might hinder some people. "The pros were the location, close to the airport and Amsterdam Central, great local transport links and supermarkets nearby, and it was a surprisingly quiet area considering its proximity to university dorms. "The hotel is in a great location.. the hotel is clean and very modern.. A good vibe hotel. we stayed in a 6 floor room with a terrance and it was perfect, lots of space, clean and the bed was really comfy. Staff were helpful. Liked that you could only go on the hotel floor that your staying on.. felt very safe. Would definitely recommend this hotel and glad we chose to stay here. "
