"Stayed 6 nights. Convenient location, easy access to Amsterdam Central via tram line 14 which was a 2min walk away (Artis). Tram line 1 was also easily accessible. Albert Heign supermarket was a 5 min walk away. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen facilities all in working condition. Mikael checked us in and was very helpful with assistance/queries and booking transport to the airport. Overall a lovely stay. Highly recommended."

The manager called the day we were meant to check in to ask us to check in late which we did because they were on holiday or there was a staff shortage or someone was sick - I couldn't keep up with what the problem was. "The owner lives in the same apartment so is there if you need help with anything, he’d put a Christmas tree up which was a lovely touch. We left the apartment very early morning for our flight and he organised a taxi for us with a lovely driver who was also very friendly. "Very comfortable stay on a modern house boat- highly recommended. The rooms are cosy and we had all we needed with some lovely personal touches. There was even an Christmas tree for us. Edwin was a great host and very considerate with good communication. The location is good and the free ferry from the Central Station works really well- we never waited more than a minute or two. "

"The July was absolutely lovely. I have OCD and will only stay where the place feels clean. The bathroom was spotless, the bed and bedding was clean (and comfortable - I slept like a baby) The staff were super friendly and gave us some really lovely restaurants to go and try (we’re foodies!!) and any bits missing from the room, they sorted in less than 5 minutes after calling the front desk. I could literally have stayed for another two weeks there to be honest and I’m hoping to come back asap...
