"Hotel was quite hard to find and was not very well signposted we had to ask several members of staff before we found it. It was alot further from the terminal than suggested by the hotel. The hotel was very smart and hi tec and the room was very clean and well presented."

Unfortunately I fell ill while on holiday and they were kind enough to allow me to stay in the room a little later to rest up before the journey home. Great coffee and snacks, also very near the tram and train line so convenient to get around but quiet enough to get a good night sleep! Thansk again!"

"Good property for a solo woman traveler. I like going to a hotel where I can use a shuttle and not have to schlep my luggage on and off trains to get somewhere. Much less hassle and you can ride the shuttle to the airport and take the train to Amsterdam Central station and go anywhere. Room was very comfortable and quiet and I could open the windows to cool it down. Good breakfast and gym. Worked for me. "

Thankfully, the phone was returned to the reception shortly afterwards. We quickly forgot about the incident when we arrived in our room.
