"Nice concept but poorly managed. Guests were tolerated as long as they behaved otherwise they would be fined. Cleanliness poor, terrace dangerously slippery and one of us with a bad back fell. Welcome pack reads like a punishment menu."

Was etwas hinderlich war, das waren die Stechmücken, diese haben sich immer selbst eingeladen. Aber mit regelmäßigen Schutzsprays, konnte man dem etwas entgegenwirken. "A lovely house and garden with stream at the end. The river is close by, and was idyllic to paddle board / kayak on and has a well used cycle route alone it. The tennis court, almost next to the house, was always available. Location is rural but it is easy to get to Amsterdam and lots of other places. Caroline was quick to respond to messages. Highly recommend and hope to visit again soon."

"Das Haus ist groß und sauber und gut eingerichtet. Bei guten Wetter läd die Terrasse zum verweilen ein. Der Grill müsste mal erneuert werden und beim Schlüssel abholen wäre es wünschenswert das jemand von der Rezeption mit zum Haus kommt und alles erklärt. Ansonsten alles schön. Zu Fuß ist so gut wie nichts zu erreichen und man ist auf das Auto angewiesen "
