"We were nervous arriving at this hotel as some reviews were horrific! We were delighted to find that the room and en-suite bathroom were absolutely spotless. Yes, the stairs are a bit grubby and *very* steep but so were every other stairs we came across in Amsterdam. Yes, the beds are probably narrower and closer together than some other hotels, but they were absolutely clean and combined with the fantastic location we were delighted at this find. "STAY AWAY!!! The place is a dump. There was actual poo on the floor in the restroom off the lobby. When we told them we couldn't stay because if was such a dump, they refused to refund ANY of our money even though we never stayed there. "

"The room have no lockers. Also no suitable window to be open, being really stinky. The light in the toilet were automatic, so, it would take ages to turn off and we could not leave the door open for some fresh air, because of the lights and the fan. the fans on the toilets would take at least 30 mins to turn off. there is NO RECEPTION on site"

"Strict at the checkin time. You have to pay to store your luggage if you arrive early and I needed to pay twice because their locker was old and a bit confusing. If you have big luggages not recommended to stay in this hostel. I had to carry my luggage on a tiny stairs. Rooms are not soundproof, you can hear everything inside and outside the hotel (they have a bar besides the hostel). I couldn’t sleep on my last night there because the teenagers were laughing and shouting outside till midnight....

"2024年11月份在阿姆斯特丹入住该酒店五晚。这家酒店虽然离市区比较远，但是酒店附近就有一班轻轨途经市内各个博物馆和景点，并直达火车站，出行很方便。 因为我们是早上到达的，酒店的前台接待人员在房间清洁后尽快给我们安排了入住，可以使我们在长途乘机后尽快得到休息，非常人性化！ 房间里配备有烧水壶、电炉、冰箱、简单的厨具和餐具，能在每天奔波回到酒店后烧壶水、泡杯茶。。。 酒店一楼的餐厅，早、中、晚餐都不错，有很多选择，值得一提的是酒店隔壁就是一家中餐馆，菜品都不错，还可以吃到正宗的北京烤鸭，原来是一家米其林餐厅！都于到欧洲旅行的我们，虽然可以品尝欧洲的各种美食，但是能吃到正宗的中餐还是感到很幸福。 总之，如果是自助游阿姆斯特丹，强烈推荐这家酒店！"
