"We were hosted by “Cozy” accommodations. Overall they were easy to communicate with. I don’t understand why if Hotels.com is the third party we must authenticate our IDs with the host directly. With so many scams these days I’d like to only authenticate with hotels.com. On the other hand, the views were the best feature. "The residence sides was an incredible opportunity for our family to enjoy a nice spacious room at our favorite hotel in Miami Beach. At first when I reserved I did not realize it was a vacation rental and was hesitant, but after speaking with management of the condo I was assured all was well. "Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay...."

"The apartment was exactly as described. It worked perfectly for my family. Accommodations and the communication with the rental folks were great. I loved that they had a pool and I could do our laundry on-site. The complex does need to buy better tennis equipment though. Overall, a great experience."

"The overall stay was great after we got into the room. The check-in process was not the best, and the code we were given to get into the room didn’t work, had to wait 30-40minutes after paying more to check in early, before we could access the room. The beds however were AMAZING, literally the softest bed I have ever laid on! The pool and beach access were very nice despite the weather being super windy and cool. I would definitely stay here again! "
