"Our host Jon was so nice, checked in with us to make sure all was good, and it was. He had the place decorated for Christmas and even had a tree - we appreciated it very much since we were not home for Christmas. Beautiful setting on Cox creek. The guest house was well maintained and fully equipped kitchen. Very Comfortable beds and bedding which we find unique for VRBOs. "

"The property was beautiful and conveniently located between Baltimore and DC, not far from Annapolis. The owners were VERY helpful. It was very easy to access the property. (Sometimes we've had trouble finding the entrance or getting locks to work - no problems here what so ever) We had use of kayaks and paddle boards for the river, which was great for my teenage son. The owners gave great recommendations for local restaurants. The property is in a walkout basement which you access via a path....

"I chose this property based on the "Rooms & Beds" large type in the listing, since we were bringing 4 grandchildren ages 10-16 who don't like to sleep with each other. Two days before we were to arrive, I reviewed the entire listing, and opened up the small "see more" at the bottom of the listing, only to find that the bed listing there was totally different for 2 of the 4 bedrooms. "I was hesitant about booking due to the reviews about checking in. I called 24 hours before my check in and was emailed the codes for the hotel. We had no issues with the codes or check in. It was quick,easy and customer service was easy to reach. The room was clean and spacious. It is close to Union Market and the metro so getting around was easy. "Wonderful location in Navy Yard DC. Very walkable with many dining and entertainment options nearby. The unit itself was nicely furnished and comfortable. Only negative was the toilet paper was awful. "

"The room was clean and spacious. The king bed was very comfortable. My suggestion is the position of the couch made it had to watch TV and there is no where to put my flatiron in the bathroom and there is no good place to put clothes away other than hanging them. The light above the couch was too low. The room itself was great just a few minor issues. "
