"It is an older house that has been cleaned and painted and has happy character. We enjoyed our stay - nice and quiet. Would like bedside clock but that is so minor...We will stay again!"

"The home was just as advertised. We were away for my daughter’s STEM conference at University of Maryland and the home was just perfect for my family of 4. There was a lot of space and very comfortable beds. The home was well cleaned and there were amenities provided that usually you don’t see in a VRBO like tissue, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap, which was a plus! The kitchen is stocked with great utensils. I would just recommend adding measuring cups, baking pans, and a spatula. The...

"I chose this property based on the "Rooms & Beds" large type in the listing, since we were bringing 4 grandchildren ages 10-16 who don't like to sleep with each other. Two days before we were to arrive, I reviewed the entire listing, and opened up the small "see more" at the bottom of the listing, only to find that the bed listing there was totally different for 2 of the 4 bedrooms. "The property is 3 levels with spiral staircases. 1) Downstairs "livingroom" area with sofas and TV. Washer/dryer also located there. We didn't spend much time in this room since there was no bathroom on that level 2) Second floor has the queen bed (comfy), kitchen and bathroom. This is where we spent 95% of our time. "Check in was quick. The room was great having been recently renovated. The hotel is in the center of DC with access to the metro from inside the hotel. Lots of great restaurants and sightseeing to do by walking. Will definitely stay here again!"
