"I lived in Davenport from 2020-24 and this is an ideal location if you want to be in a safe area with a lot of shopping, dining and things to do. It is right in the center of it all. The area is safe and the staff was very kind and helpful, I will be staying here in the future."

"Property needs much upkeep. Repairs done, floors showing damage, carpets need cleaned. Room was relatively clean. No towels in the rooms, they handed them to us at check-in, and they were stained, not crisp white anymore. Limited breakfast during the week, 1 cereal and white bread. Morning staff not very friendly. "

"Very good hotel for the price. Breakfast was really good waffles and eggs and delicious coffee. If you want to buy breakfast, you can go to Cracker Barrel, which is around the corner . Very close to Rhythm Casino if you like to gamble. "

"Breakfast was nice but stopped adding food with about 30 mins left. Also no lids fit any cups. Food was good though. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious, clean, and roomy. "
