"Staff were amazing and could not be more helpful but the hotel was impossible to locate as it had no sign and was different to the Google maps photo on street view. The room was basic and there was mould in the fridge and bathroom, the shower would flood the entire bathroom after a mere minute, paintwork was chipped and falling to bits and there were holes in the wall that looked to be filled in with some sort of hardended gel? The hotel itself was cluttered and unclean, we also saw a rat coming...
