"Black mold growing everywhere. Booked me into RS Guest House II, then switched my hotel to one with no windows or patio. The smell was terrible, the sheets were ripped and dirty. No ventilation in the bathroom."

The hotel restaurant had good food at a good price so I mostly ate there. I recommend this guest house for an affordable option with a great location and will likely return."

"It is set on a very busy and traffic-laden street. It is noisy day and night. The staff hardly spoke English. No information could be had about what to do and visit nearby. The beds have covers that have been very obviously used before."

"Filthy, used sheets on bed in first room, Manager blamed his staff and also commented on the aircon which didn’t work. I swapped rooms for ok sheets, next morning saw how much the floor filthy, broken and loose tiles, broken light and bathroom smelt of urine. Couldn’t wait to get out. Could see all parts of this hotel were severely neglected and dirty. Totally misrepresented online. Don’t go there!!!"

"I stayed here twice with my family. I paid for 4 adults and the reservation said GUARANTEED, but when we arrived they gave us 2 twin beds and said 2 people were expected to fit on each bed! 😤 The WiFi ONLY works in the reception area and not in any of the rooms. There are cockroaches, fleas, live, and ants in the rooms. The toilet is IN the shower which gets everything wet. The sheets were dirty and stained under the comforter and the towels were given to us damp and wrinkly and clearly not...

"Great new hotel with excellent common areas, especially the pool and friendly staff. A few downfalls were- The rooms did have a tv but are digital only and you must use your own account to sign into what ever you want to view. No free access. Rooms have a washing machine but nothing to hang your clothes onto after The kitchen had a cooktop in the kitchen area but no cooking utensils and only 2 forks and 2 spoons. Was a bit far out of the main tourist area and drivers had a hard time finding...
