"Simply an extraordinary place, with a chic, bliss-inducing design and every convenience anticipated and fulfilled. The hotel is a short (complimentary) tuk-tuk ride into the busy downtown, but also a short walk to treasures like the Khmer Ceramics & Fine Arts Centre. They even had the coffee bar staffed and substantial breakfasts packed as we departed at 4:40am for our sunrise tour of Angkor. We truly can't recommend it highly enough, and won't think about staying anywhere else if we are lucky...

"Our driver Thann was an amazing guide during our tours of the temples of Angkor. The food is pricey but of good quality. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were all beautiful with good ac. The gym area wasn’t ventilated which was the only area for improvement. Otherwise a great spot to stay in Siem Reap. "

Also, the pool area requires attention as it is a concrete area without much Cambodian beauty. Be careful and take a flashlight to the gym if you’re an early riser. No lite pathway. "6 stars for hotel and pick up to hotel. But the paid return was put in a stinky grab cab. I could have paid half the price. The trip to hotel was in a 1st class ride. I was expecting same level of service for the departure. The room and guest service was quite good. I will return. "
