There’s a lift and, the apartment was clean and in really good condition (basics wear and tears). Very well located and we would definitely recommend this to family and friends. Overall 4.5/5"

"Lock on the bathroom didn’t work, wifi not great. We stayed in number 19 flat 3. Don’t feel it should be advertised as luxury/deluxe, location really good so would recommend for that. And good value for money, perfect for 1-2 nights 👍 Wife says could’ve done with another mirror for getting ready. "

"Excellent property, modern, clean. Feels safe, easy comms, easy to get keys. Really warm, good kitchen, only minor point is shower lacks power in onsuite but didn’t try the other bathroom! Lots of cooking utensils, and clean baking trays which is a must. Returning. "

"The accommodation was ideal for exploring Hathersage. Easy walking distance to the outside pool. Lovely surrounding walks. Good cafes and restaurants in Hathersage. Accommodation was lovely, everything we needed. "

The property does not allow you to stay unless you pay via their online form. This leaves you either at risk of being a scam victim by paying the additional secret fee, or without a place...

"Super clean, well equipped and so relaxing. We had a great time. Hearing the birds in the trees in the park was lovely. Beds were extremely comfortable. The flat was immaculate. We will definitely be booking again. Perfect for visiting our daughter in her student accommodation. June was very responsive to any communication. An excellent stay! "

"Perfect location for walking, as on bus route to beauty spots from which you can walk back. Brilliant to have plenty of parking and an exceptionally large apartment, recently refurbished, with all amenities. Only downside was staff made a lot of noise under my room until 1am. Otherwise ideal with reasonably priced food and open fires at the pub downstairs. "

Nothing was too much trouble and the property was amazing and even better than the photos suggest. Disappointed

"Check in was awful. Asked to wait for 10-15 minutes as system “wasn’t working” with no apology or empathy from receptionist. Went to bar to get drink, had to pay as couldn’t charge to a room yet. Went back to reception with a queue of people that were being checked in (by someone else) all fine so took about 25-30 mins in all. Still no apology. Think should have come find me when system working?? Bar was all of 10 yards away! Got to room, and whilst clean, the carpet was threadbare, the same as it was along corridor to room (3rd floor). Room was also quite dark but think that was a “theme” Went to restaurant for dinner and staff were excellent and food was really good but was overpriced for what it was. See photo (£26) Warning, again dark theme and menu was extremely difficult to read, even waiting staff struggled! "

Clean, friendly staff, good stay, little dated

"We stayed for one night in a double room. The rooms were clean and fine, a little older in the decor. But the patio doors to the balcony were labelled out of order and a breeze could be felt through the seal. When raised with reception they were brilliant, checked other rooms and moved us to one which didnt have the sign on the door. The staff were lovely and did everything they could to accommodate us. We had dinner there and this was really good."
