"We flew out to California for a family get together. Sami's place was a wonderful place to stay. It was perfect for us. The apartment is pretty large. It was enough space for the four of us. We each had our own room, two are on the smaller side, one was large. The smaller bedrooms share a bathroom. It was roomy, clean and had everything we needed. There is also plenty of street parking outside. It was perfect for the weekend. I highly recommend Sami's place! "

"Nothing really bad but mostly an empty space. It was clean and had fans. There is a Keurig machine but no pods and the kitchen is stocked with nothing. I could understand not stocking kitchen but raise the price a little and stock coffee pods. (My 2 cents)"

"Absolutely obsessed with this VRBO! I go to the Bay Area for work every month and have been looking for a nice, quite, and home like area to stay during my trips and I’m happy to say I’ve finally found it! "My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this property. We found it to be cozy and the location is pretty and private feeling up in the pine trees. Parking, as in pretty much all locations in the Oakland Hills, is a little tricky, but the owners have come up with a pretty good solution (cones that you move to park and to reserve your spot when you leave). There isn't a lot of counter space in the main area, but there is a mini-fridge and small microwave, for warming up prepared food and a nice...

"The young lady at the front desk seemed miserable and unapproachable. Luis, was great! He worked the breakfast shift on Christmas Eve. The suite I stayed in was very dated. The suite was not cleaned upon my arrival. Arm chair, sofa and coffee table was stained, dirty and old. I had to buy 3 Glade air fresheners to get rid of old smells. I did have a good time here but that front desk worker as I mentioned above was not helpful and needs to be retrained . "

"My wife and I really enjoyed this cozy retreat in the Oakland Hills! It has a spiritual vibe and includes many examples of artistic stonework done by the host. We liked the location about halfway up the hills, so it feels hidden in a forested glade - we heard owls more than once - and is protected from the wind that is often experienced at the top of the hills.
