The facilities in this hotel are endless, there are lots of swimming pools to suit everyone all heated 2 outdoor, splash park and water slide indoors, many games in the sport pub, I can go on forever. I will stay there again whenever I'm in Innsbruck. The level of service is beyond 5*. Great place, near most ski pistes, train station and town centre. Highly recommend. Anthonio Mandika. "

"Clearly management made a bad decision, trying to blame the poor maintenance on COVID-19. I considered the lies for only 1 night (had 5 booked) and quickly moved my family to the competition just up the coast. Bran-Brad-Bega should be labeled a 2-star hotel at best. Everything about it reminded me of trips to Romania in the early 90s. Sad situations were then blamed on fallout from the revolution; now some Romanians are trying to leverage COVID-19 to mask their incompetence!"

"Such a beautiful and very clean property in a stunning spot. It was convenient to get to and near Kitzbuel where we wanted to ski. The rooms are very nice and recently remodeled. So cute! Perfect get-away. "

"Some really good parts: kids club, pool, ski school, horse rides for kids. All great. But two big downsides. Firstly, it seemed like they were trying to squeeze every penny out of us, like a budget airline would. The all-inclusive was not really - you had to pay for coffees at lunchtime for instance - and staff would come over and try to upsell. Same with alcohol: all had to be paid for as extra, and staff were trying to flog it as soon as we sat down. It makes the place feel a bit cheap and...

"Great location, wonderful staff, amazing rooms and views. The staff was welcoming and had great recommendations for biking and hiking. The views were gorgeous. They had a lot of activities for children and families. I would stay here again. "

"Excellent doorman friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the front desk on our arrival. No warm greeting and a somewhat frosty reception. This made us feel uncomfortable. Very disappointed with the bedding, it was very poor. Not Egyptian cotton sheets. Worn fitted sheets of a poor standard. Charging for parking is not acceptable at a hotel at this price point. "
