The hotel was situated close to transport links, making it easy to head into the centre of Vienna to explore the city. The only downside was the lack of coffee in the room, which would have been a welcome touch, especially for those who enjoy a morning cup without having to leave their room and go down to the reception. "Everything was very clean and up to date. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful in answering questions. You can't beat the closeness of the main rail station, but it does make the walking distance to the old city a bit long."

"Hotel is near train, which is very convenient. Also, the hop-on bus is at the train station, along with many fast food places. And belvidere palace is about a 5-10 minute walk. Hotel has a beautiful lobby with bar and snacks/dri ks for purchase."
