Loved the blackout shutters, great water pressure and outstanding view of Neuschwanstein castle. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly with a lot of great walking/biking paths. There was a ping pong table and board games to keep our children entertained and we all enjoyed using the wonderful hot tub. It is set in a very tranquil location with idyllic views.
