If you need to check out of a hotel elsewhere in the city and then move over to Smartments, your luggage might just have to sit unattended in the lobby if you can’t reach anyone on the phone. I won’t stay here again due to the limited hours of expected front desk availability, let alone the actual nearly non-existent availability of hotel staff. "

"Fabulous Aparthotel close to the Vienna HBF. Bed was comfy. A dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, kettle and a washer dryer made all the difference, especially when travelling on a long trip around Europe"

"The location of 7seasons cannot be beat! We could walk everywhere from this spot. The apartment itself was clean but plain. It had a lot of space for myself, husband and adult daughter. The bathrooms (2 of them!) were modern and clean. The kitchen was basic but had everything you might need. "
