"We really enjoyed this rental! The property was super clean and very spacious. It was unseasonably cool the week we were on Folly but we appreciated that even when it was too chilly/windy on the beach, it was nice and toasty on the front porch. The location was pretty much as close to the beach as possible without being literally ocean-front, but it was also very close to Center St. so near restaurants etc. Ideal!The only downside is that the shared wall with Unit A (same building/other half of...

"Perfect location with an amazing view of the beach. Pool is located just steps behind the condo. Beautifully decorated with every amenity covered. Communication was excellent. Would highly recommend staying here. It was a wonderful trip! "

"I had friends from out of town visiting, and we wanted to stay by the beach. This rental has a direct pathway to the beach and unit pool. The apartment was immaculately clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. There was enough room for all seven of us, and we had a great time relaxing on the beach and pool. The location is perfect for walking to all the restaurants in Isle of Palms, so no need to worry about additional parking. I highly recommend this rental."

"Had a great time- loved being able to walk everywhere. Condo was as described- needed to walk down a flight of stairs to access the beach but it was nice and close. Be aware that there are no beach towels- we probably should have checked this more closely but no available beach goodies (towels/chairs/toys)- everything needs to be purchased or rented (unless you plan better than us and bring them along). "Everything about this villa is topnotch. My husband and I stayed here for a month. It was very quiet, no one else in the other three units in this building. The bed was comfortable and the furnished were nice.I loved that there was a nice collection of cleaning supplies, even stainless steel cleaner for the appliances. The communications we had with the listing and managers were fantastic and some of the best we have encountered. The views from the porches are great and being on the end was nice as we had more of a panorama view. We have no complaints and would come back here again!!"
