"Outstanding property at an A location. Across/on the perimeter of Hampton Park and a very short walk to The Citadel campus. Great restaurants in walking distance, and for the medium-hearty, South of Broad is only about 2 flat miles away. It is a very safe and residential neighborhood and the neighbors we met were awesome. This property was dog friendly and our pug Ernie gives it two paws up too!!"

"Property suited wife's/my interests well: far enough away from King St to be quiet and not in the middle of everything. Great place to sleep and stow your stuff and explore Charleston. Full disclosure: wife and I are active and we walked pretty much everywhere - south to the city proper and market and north to breweries. However, Uber/Lyft/bike taxis are all over the place.Only real quibble was the AC. We stayed late February but it still reached 70-75 during the day. When we returned to the...

"The location is excellent in a quiet and lovely neighborhood to walk and bike. The hosts George and Therese are knowledgeable and very helpful. We enjoyed our time staying at their place. "

"The property was very clean with a nice decor. Daniel Island was a great location, seemed central to downtown Charleston as well as other outlying islands. I would say the property description was a little misleading. This is definitely a studio apt, not a 1 bedroom. That being said there was plenty of room, it was just all in one large room other than the small kitchenette. "
