"Tried saving money for employer. But was not enjoyable stay. And the one day scheduled for housekeeping only the bed was made and poorly. Trash was not removed. Towels were in floor but were untouched nor replaced. And evidence that drawers had been opened and plundered. Have 2 months to go on project but not at this property. "

"This place is very conveniently located. It’s great to not have to drive to the restaurants and bars on Folly. Folly beach is very heavily patrolled for drunk drivers (and for good reason too). If the night life is your scene, this is a great place to stay. "

"This charming, quaint and quirky little hotel was delightful! My room was spotless, no issues with check in or check out. For a single or a couple this is ideal location and space. This property is on the outskirts of town close to River and within walking distance to beach and all that town has to offer. I felt safe being a solo traveler. The beach chairs were a nice touch as I had no beach amenities with me. I would recommend reserving your Ubers in advance as there are not any in folly...

"The hotel is very clean and the staff is great. Perfect location for Folly Beach. Walking distance to everything and right on the beach. The hotel is older so the rooms are a little dated, but it was fine. We enjoyed our stay."
