"I loved my stay here! The staff were incredible-- they were super helpful before and during my stay. Being in front of the beach was so lovely. It is worth the upgrade for the ocean-front room. If I turned my AC off, I could hear the waves at night. Note that this location is not *in* the town of Hopkins, but a bit away. The property has bikes you can borrow (free) to go into town. You can also ask for a taxi (paid). As a solo female traveler, I had no issues here and would recommend it to anyone. I would stay here again."

"We stayed as a family of 4, and would stay again. Property was quiet and clean. Staff was amazing. Parking was easy. Highly recommend you rent a car. This resort is not terribly close to shops/restaurants in town. "

"This property is actually part of Jaguar Reef (a total of 3 resorts) with 2 pools, multiple bars, food options and the amazing dock bar. We had such a fantastic time here. It was relaxing, but also there are plenty of activity options to book if you want to fill your day. Our room was top notch and felt luxurious. We can't say enough nice things about the staff. They took great care of us, learned out names, and made us feel at home. The staff and the people of Belize in general, are such beautiful, kind, human beings. We are already talking about going back!"

"I can’t say enough about the friendliness of the staff! Such a lovely group of people! Our room was clean and comfortable. LOVED the sound of the jungle critters day and night. Had some heavy rain moments, but it was refreshing and beautiful. Easy access to hiking trails with spectacular jungle views and waterfalls. The zip line was one of a kind! Highly recommend this resort for those looking for a jungle experience. Important tip: bug spray is a must! There are little black flies called botless flies that take a bite that is noticed but not painful, but the itching is irritating for days! Other than that, absolutely wonderful! "

A Few Things to Know: 🔹 No full-length mirror in my room—something to keep in mind if that matters to you. 🔹 The restaurant closes about an hour after check-in (around 4:30 PM), so if you’re arriving late, grab some food beforehand or wait until dinner at 6. Other than that, this stay was exactly what I needed. If you’re looking for a resort where you’re treated like family, where the people truly care, and where you can reconnect with yourself in a beautiful, peaceful setting, this is the place.
