"The rooms were very clean. Staff was amazing and very attentive. Stephanie, Kenny, Alex,Chris,Steven, cardi G, Milky Way, Elisha, Genesis and Thomas were all GREAT! Excursions were super fun with great guides. Food was ok Beach had a lot of garbage wash up every day that wasn’t really cleaned up well. "This was our second time staying at Caribbean Shores. It's clean, comfortable, and the setting is very relaxing. The hot water wasn't working properly in our shower, but it was at least warmer than the solar showers where we stayed prior. Everything is relative. :). "We had an amazing time thank you Mirko for all your help we had everything we needed and very clean beautiful beach front accommodations, everything you would need. The people of Hopkins Belize are so friendly, great restaurants with very friendly owners.The neighbours on one side some evenings can be loud, but not late hours they are only trying to make a business and never interfered with our plansWe would not hesitate to go back.Thank you, Mirko for everything"

"Hopkins Bay Resort is an exquisite property, one of the finest we have enjoyed in our travels. From check-in to departure, the staff elevated every experience. Rooms are beautiful, the setting breathtaking, the facilities and grounds wonderful, the dining a real pleasure. From our greeting by the ladies at the front desk and Cass at our welcome, to King and Amalda at the restaurant, everyone and everything about this resort makes us want to return again and again. "

Great Place in Hopkins

"Great home in the middle of the village.House had towels, linens, kitchen tools.Bed was comfortable and amazing cross breeze through the house when you open doors.Did not affect our stay but the knives in the kitchen need to be either sharpened or replaced. Again, not a major deal.Also not a big deal to us but it may matter when looking at this property...no TV in the bedroom. I don't care because the surroundings are good enough for me to look at but some may have an issue with it.Martin, the Manager was there when you needed him but gave you privacy.I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone. "

"Can't say enough about how wonderful this little Hopkins gem is! Right on the beach and at the same time in the centre of a walkable village! Bought our fruits and veggies on the street, best coffee right next door, and several rustic beach restaurants within easy walking distance. We tried them all and enjoyed every meal. This is a real village, not a resort, so expect the sounds and friendly people of every day life. Don't forget to tip the gentleman who cleans and rakes the sand all the way from the bungalow to the water (keeps the sand flee population down) "

"The concierge service at the Parrot Cove is phenomenal. They bend over backwards, left right and sideways to make your experience fantastic. Please note they can’t control the weather. But what they have done, is gone through all the services in their area and weeded out the schiesters and kept those that produced. Chef Rob is an amazing artist of the culinary palette. There were several other amazing restaurants within walking distance. Next time we come to Hopkins, we for sure will be staying at Parrot Cove. Amazing service, check. Incredible food experiences, check. Clean, check. We were blessed!"
