Have a few negatives, specifically the upstairs sink drains very slowly, found what appears to be rodent/mice droppings in the family room, and the exterior is in need for repair and refurbishing. "

"We lived our stay. Sea Isle is the perfect spot for those who love the beach and love to fish. This is our 4th stay in the neighborhood and this is such a great location with tons of room. We used the kitchen quite a bit, spent tons of time on the patio, and loved the bathroom and bedroom space. Like other reviews have stated, there is a bit of a musty smell downstairs but, honestly, that is pretty normal in the downstairs areas of these homes. We spent most of our time outside anyway. "
