"The staff was absolutely beyond expectations! So friendly and helpful. Reminded me of the level of service we used to expect when I was a kid! The manager was very attentive and asked us a couple times how his staff was performing. The room probably needs thicker curtains though. Because it faces a courtyard with bright lights all night "

"This is very close to the metro so convenient. Staff is lovely and they gave me a fridge and microwave since I was staying a week. Cleaning staff also left me a fresh bath mat. The desk did not have a wine opener available which was a little odd - tho the late night staff did find one randomly. I was working late and often got back around midnight, and the lobby always felt warm and safe. I would recommend this hotel."

"We stayed here for 3 months for work. Friendly staff. Clean property. Bed was comfortable. Easy to get mail and deliveries. The only complaint is they need more washers and dryers and hotter water. "
