"The staff were lovely, and the hotel is in a very convenient location, with the Riva being an easy 10 minute walk. However, it's extremely difficult to find, as there is no name outside - luckily, I happened to recognise the metal gates from the listing photos. It's actually just off the square where the bus/taxi stops are, so it's easy once you know where to look. "Fantastic sea view from 5th floor sea-facing room. Room was fabulous (Executive suite) however the chairs on the balcony were not very comfortable or practical. Staff were excellent throughout and we were allowed an early check in as the room was ready at 11am which was really helpful. Breakfast was ok, some breakfast items weren’t great (scrambled egg, orange juice) but on the whole was fine."
