As noted in the property description, trains run immediately behind the building, so it was not a surprise to us. Just be aware you WILL hear and feel the trains passing by overnight. "

"Off the beaten path a little but as long as you read the host's direction and info it was easy to find. Not a lot of lodging in the area, so we were happy to find this one in conjunction with being in the area for a wedding. The layout is nice and open, and the apartment was clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We stayed here as it was close to a family function scheduled for the weekend, so we were really on there to sleep, but overall, the stay was great. I would recommend an additional outside light (there is a motion light, but it doesn't come on until you are right upon it). Also, hooks for towels would be great! It rained most of the weekend, so we were unable to use the firepit and make smores, but the smores ingredients were a great idea! Thank you! Cindy "

"The apartment itself was okay. It was definitely updated, however there is very little privacy with the bathroom. At first entry everything seemed fine. There was moldy coffee in the coffee maker, but they came to clean it. The communication with the cohost and evolve was absolutely horrific! We had a huge problem in the middle of the night that required police and fire to come out as a precaution. I was also asked to go into the basement to check out the strange beeping. There was no light...

"Brian was a wonderful host - responding quickly to a questions/issues we had. The house was lovely - very spacious and well kept - with a beautiful view of the lake. Iht should be noted that there is a railroad track that runs along the back of the property - which you can hear throughout the night, if you are a lighter sleeper. Highly recommended. "
