"We rented the right half of house. Property was clean and right on the lake with hiking trails and boat launch just around each corner. Would definitely stay here again. Only downfall is nearby train goes through often and location is about 30 minutes from shopping and restaurants. Parking at house is only for one small car, others must park in a lot about two houses down the road."

"This was our third time staying here since January of this year to attend volleyball tournaments at Spooky Nook. It was exactly what we needed. Three athletes and the moms. Much better than staying in a hotel. Space to spread out, a full kitchen to prepare meals to have instead of eating out the whole weekend, definitely more economical to split with three families than individually each staying at hotels for multiple nights. Host was easy to get a hold of and very responsive."

"The house is cozy and convenient. We were in town for a basketball tournament at Spooky Nook. My family loved the house. It was one of the best stocked homes we have ever stayed in which made our stay that much better. It was perfect for a family of 5. We had fun seeing all the antiques the house holds as well as all the beautiful furniture and nice rooms.
