This hotel was dirty . I had to ask the front desk to come upstairs and clean my bathroom. Fecal stains in the toilet and hair in the shower. So obviously not cleaned. Front staff was nice enough. The area of this hotel was absolutely unsafe for a solo female traveler. Drug deal going on in the parking lot by the dumpsters. Did not feel safe in this area or hotel.

Checked in. Got to our assigned room, wasn’t cleaned yet. Went back downstairs, told staff. She apologized and gave us another room. Desk area was dusty and carpet was dirty. Sticky areas all over. This is not a fair review as we did fully stay. We were traveling with family. We didn't know there was a rap concert event. Very crowded. Thought it might get too loud for family. Police presence was at the parking lot entry. Love is love but sleep was needed.

Could tell the property was probably recently built. Front desk staff was very polite and nice. The hallway on the fourth floor smelt like a college dorm with old weed stink even with a sign downstairs that said it was a non-smoking property. Room smelt totally fine though. Toilet seat was a little loose. Great water pressure in the shower. There was some dirty handprints on the walls next to the bed and gummy bears and cobwebs in the AC. Yes, gummy bears, LOL. I didn’t notice until I was packing my bag the morning of our leave. Rest of the room and bathroom was fine. Breakfast was eh, only had a little of it just to stave off hunger before an event on one morning of a two night stay. There was also a ton of people outside smoking on the side of the building, right where we had to park because of full parking lot. Maybe move smoking area away from building? The people out there were friendly though, just felt like I might accidentally knock into them with my luggage as they sat on the curb in front of the car every time we went out. Location is off the main strip so was very quiet. Right around the corner from good food and minutes from our event at the fairgrounds. I would recommend if you’re not particularly picky and need a good valued stay for a night or two.
