Home features an open concept with large living areas, 2 dining areas, large kitchen, 3 private bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms . Sun filled living room opens to a large screened balcony overlooking Oak Lawn. Home has Smart TVs, washer/dryer, dishwasher and central AC/Heat.

No details overlooked. All beds come with 14 inch Gel Memory foam cooling mattresses and 800 thread count puma cotton sheets.

Kitchen equipped with all full size appliances and fully stocked with anything you may need. Keurig coffee machine with coffee provided.

Very good stay!
Upstairs condo was very clean and in a fantastic location. Host was gracious and communicated very well with us. The one knock on this property is that the person who lives under this unit accused us of having 15 people over and throwing a party at night. The only people in the house were the people who stayed there and all we did was watch tv..beware of the tenant under this unit, she will blatantly lie to the host if she hears any noise. The host handled the situation very well and overall had a very pleasant stay.

Awesome place
We loved the place- so big, cozy, cute! Pros: beds, proximity to our events Cons: noise- Wycliff, sirens, etc. Needed a tiny trashcan in tiny bathroom. Front Door was difficult to open.

Great property
Very nice accommodations, floors might be a little creaky for the downstairs neighbor, but this place was awesome. Beautiful Perry Heights neighborhood with absolutely gorgeous homes, a nice park, and within walking distance of multiple bars, restaurants and stores. Thumbs up!
