I was asked to send all my details including passport number and a photo despite they have all the details with booking , but after all, I had to fill in details again on paper. Very inefficient and time consuming. "

The instruction reads to leave the key on the table when checking out (that’s what it says literary in English), when in fact you need to lock and put the key in the lockbox as one example. Also the road to access the property is quite narrow...
