"To the management staff of the Elegant Suites Westlake, Our 2 night‘s stay of January 31, 2025 and February 2, 2025 was most enjoyable. It was the warm reception of the guest Relations receptionist, Mr. Thanh that really made the 4 of us feel so very welcomed that made the hotel most inviting. It was truly a five star welcoming which we were all very impressed about through his thorough communications and professionalism as he walked us through the hotel and room briefings. He was also very committed to making our stay a 5 star experience which he succeeded in doing. The hotel gym was of the best I’ve had workouts at in a hotel. We would also like to recognize Jeny Tran’s work and follow through in the arranging of our airport, transportation, and transportation to Ha Long Bay. The communications and follow through were beyond expectations."
