"We (hubby & our small dog) enjoyed our stay here. The condo contained most of everything we needed for the week. Sadly none of the windows look out on the flatirons but sunset views were super easy to access behind the property! "

"I loved this location and the walkability to near by coffee shop and restaurants. A few personal preferences, I would have loved blackout curtains on the windows, especially over the door window where the sun comes in directly on the bed pillows in the morning. While I appreciated the lower cleaning fee, I would have preferred to know that I was expected on taking the trash out to the alley at check out. I felt like I was sneaking around the yard to find how to access the alley to find the trash...

"We stayed here as our home base for our 4 day hiking vacation. It’s close to the University so you can walk to events, and also to downtown Boulder. We visited RMNP, Brainard Recreation Area, Walker Ranch and the CraterLakes in the Roosevelt National Park easily from this location. The place looks exactly as the photos describe. Owner was very responsive. "

The property is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood near a nature trail. It is minutes from main roads and the center of town. There is plenty of free parking. "

"This Arvada Urban Retreat was a fantastic place to stay. The location in Olde Town Arvada was in walking distance of shopping, restaurants, & bars. The light rail station for the G line was just across the street. This rail can be taken to get all over Denver with connecting rails at Union station….even to the Denver airport. We visited the RiNo area to see the awesome painted murals, attended a concert at Red Rocks and made side trips to Lookout mountain in Golden and Boulder. Had a great...
