"The apartment on Pearl Street was perfect for my stay in Boulder. The location is incredible. It is walkable to shops and restaurants on Pearl Street and very close to trail access at People's Crossing. The apartment had everything needed for a great multi-night stay. The kitchen was equipped with all of the necessities (pots, pans, utensils, etc.) plus a good size fridge/freezer. There is even a washing machine if you were to need it for a longer stay. "Short 15 minute drive to campus, but out of the crowds and outrageous prices in Boulder proper. Louisville is a cute little town with coffee, restaurants ,etc all within walking distance. Apartment was comfortable and all I needed for a short stay with no need to cook myself, although there is a small fridge, microwave, and tea kettle if needed. Great outdoor space for soaking up some CO sun. Beautiful gardens. Really great. "

"I booked the property as a backup plan for Thanksgiving with our family who are in the middle of a kitchen remodel in Longmont. As it turned out, construction was finished before our arrival. Nevertheless, we enjoyed having the privacy of a getaway and a place to stage Christmas gift wrapping without dodging questions from the grandkids. "We visited Denver for 3 days and we really value a quiet and calm neighborhood. This house was in a nice quiet neighborhood. The beds were super comfortable. The shower was HUGE and a mean HUGE. It was spa like and great for soaking and really relaxing. Since we were in town for a few days, being able to come back after a busy day of taking the city in, it was important to be able to sit back and relax. The communication from our hosts was perfect.
