"We love Llandudno. 1st stay at the Grand wont be the last. Great view from the room, great size room. Could have been cleaner, wouldnt take much. Good clean bedding. Value for money. The outstanding points are your waitress Jo at dinner and breakfast who went above and beyond to make our stay great, and one of the chefs at breakfast (unfortunately i didnt get his name). "On arrival we were given the wrong room. I walked in to be welcomed by a naked man. I had my 2 young girls with me. It then took another 30mins to get us another room. The kitchen was clean but the floors and underneath the beds were filthy the bedroom light didnt work the curtain was broken and the toliet leak we were told someone would come to fix them the next day no one came. No matress protectors for the beds. The beds are very uncomfortable its like sleeping on a lumpy floor. The grounds...
