"Reception Staff are very helpful and pleasant to speak to. Cleaners too are lovely and the place is spotless ! All the staff are a credit to the hotel. If I was forced to critique I would say the rooms are pretty basic but they do have everything you need. Lacking the extra detail for a 4 star hotel like a fridge, seating, USBs. Location was perfect and great value for money. Would definitely stay again. "

"Excellent location (15 minutes’ walk from Lime Street Station) and the welcoming, friendly staff who helped me with everything I needed from taxis that arrived in 2 minutes to borrowing an umbrella. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The Bar and bartender were very nice and enjoyed my glass of wine in the nicely appointed lobby"

Some repair work however may be required in the general area around the lift with a broken glass door and repair work required to the wall on level one Once this work is carried out I feel that the Hotel would be worthy of the full four ⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating again."
