"We (3 adults) stayed here for a few nights for my mom's birthday trip. Although the couch is not sleepable, we doubled up in one bed and found the place to be very comfortable. Its a sweet little ADU behind the residence, close enough to the plaza that we could have walked, with almost no street noise and off street parking. Check in and out was straightforward and the property manger was communicative and helpful with anything we needed. We'd definitely stay again."
