"We had a very positive experience at this hotel. The reception staff were exceptionally polite and attentive, and went out of their way to assist us with every request. The location is a major highlight. it's perfectly situated within easy reach of all the main tourist attractions. The staff throughout the hotel were fantastic. The waiters during breakfast were very attentive, and the breakfast itself was satisfactory. We also enjoyed drinks at the rooftop restaurant; while we found the food to be a bit overrated for the price, the views are absolutely stunning and make it a perfect spot for an evening cocktail. There were only a couple of minor drawbacks. The room cleaning could have been more thorough, as we noticed some dust and dirt remained after service. However, this was a small issue in an otherwise excellent stay. Given the superb location, outstanding service, and overall comfort, we would happily return and rate our experience a solid 9 out of 10."

"Flight landed in morning and luckily could get hotel room before lunch. The room view is very beautiful though on low floor, it’s opposite to the Milano Centrale Train Station and the big apple statue. Short walking distance to Centrale Train Station, and Metro entrance is just outside the hotel. Felt safe when staying here, reception staff are nice and fast response to my requests. Highly recommended to others for Milan visit."

"The staff was super helpful for my entire trip! My luggage arrived late from my flight and they were extremely helpful with communicating with the airline for me! Eternally grateful! The room was accommodating, comfortable bed and I especially loved that I could control the temperature as I’m always cold! Also, the complementary drink upon arrival was a nice surprise but the breakfast options were supreme! Fresh squeezed OJ, omelettes, Nutella with fresh fruit and bottomless cafe lattes. The entire staff from the front desk to the bar and restaurant crew were phenomenal. One gal even suggested the Calimala Florence location for the next portion of my Christmas vacation and even set up the accommodations for me. Very, very helpful.
